HC13/BWY-804 series temperature indicating controller is designed to measure and control the oil temperature of large transformers above 1000kVA, and is also suitable for temperature detection and control of other equipment.
BWY-804 series temperature indicating controller has good protection performance and can work normally under outdoor conditions. There are four sets of adjustable control switches inside the instrument, which can be used for starting the transformer cooling system, signal alarm and accident tripping respectively. At the same time, the temperature signal can be transmitted to the control center, and the transformer oil temperature can be displayed synchronously.
2. Structure and working principle
The temperature indicating controller is mainly composed of elastic elements (bellows), capillary tubes and temperature bulbs. The sealing system composed of these three parts is filled with temperature-sensing liquid. When the measured temperature changes, the volume of the temperature-sensing liquid in the temperature bulb changes accordingly. This volume increment is transmitted through the capillary to the elastic element (bellows) in the meter, causing it to produce a corresponding displacement. After the displacement is amplified by the mechanism, it can indicate the temperature to be measured, and drive the micro-to-switch, output signal to drive the cooling system, and achieve the purpose of controlling the temperature rise of the transformer.
HC13/BWY-804A type temperature indicator adopts composite sensing technology, which is designed according to the requirements of large-scale transformer users to ensure the operation and safety of large-scale power transformers above 800kVA. This product is embedded in the temperature bulb. Pt100 platinum resistance, through the terminal in the table, can transmit the temperature signal to the XMT digital temperature display instrument hundreds of meters away.
3. Features of the instrument
1. The instrument adopts full liquid flushing and linear dial, which improves the indication accuracy of one part of the scale of the negotiating table and expands the measuring range of the instrument (0-150℃)
2. The switch can be set arbitrarily within the full range of 0-150℃.
3. Platinum resistance is embedded in the temperature bulb, equipped with XMT digital display instrument, which can remotely indicate the oil temperature of the top layer of the transformer.
4. With a high temperature indicator needle, it can record the high temperature that the measured object has reached.
