1.The application of BWR- -04J (TH)

 

  BWR--04J (TH) transformer winding thermometer is a special instrument for transformers. The instrument is designed with the principle of additional temperature rise. It is based on BWR-04B and adopts international advanced technology. Combined - - body. The product has the characteristics of small size, full function, convenient installation and simple operation. 2.The working principle of BWR- -04J (TH)

 

  BWR-04J (TH) Transformer winding thermometer is mainly composed of elastic element, sensing conduit, temperature sensing part, electric heating element, temperature transmitter, integrated converter and digital display.

 

  The temperature bulb of the transformer winding thermometer is inserted into the oil hole of the top layer of the transformer oil tank (as shown in Figure 1). When the transformer load is zero, the reading of the winding thermometer is the temperature of the transformer oil. When the transformer is loaded, the current proportional to the load taken out by the current transformer of the transformer flows through the electric heating element embedded in the bellows after being adjusted by the transformer. The heat generated by the electric heating element increases the displacement of the elastic element. Therefore, after the transformer belt is loaded, the displacement of the elastic element is determined by the oil temperature of the transformer top layer and the load current of the transformer. The temperature indicated by the transformer winding thermometer is the sum of the oil temperature of the top layer of the transformer and the temperature rise of the coil to the oil, which reflects the temperature of the hottest part of the tested transformer coil.
